Rock Medical is a membership-based primary care and wellness service designed to help you and your family members stay in the best health possible. Rock Medical contracts with your employer.

Our health clinic, located at or near your workplace, offers convenient access to care. Experienced health care professionals, including family medicine-trained physician assistants, LPNs and certified medical assistants, staff the clinic 40 hours a week.

Members partner with their provider to manage their health, address illnesses and chronic conditions, and develop personalized plans to meet their wellness goals. With a focus on wellness, many serious conditions like high blood pressure, heart disease, and diabetes may be treated early or prevented entirely.

All care is overseen by a physician and backed by Lancaster General Health, one of Lancaster County’s largest and most experienced health systems. We bring the best of Lancaster General Health care right to your workplace.

Julie Burrows

Julie Burrowes, PA-C

Julie has been a certified physician assistant working in family medicine since graduating from the King’s College Physician Assistant Program in 2000. She enjoys developing relationships with her patients and their families, and has special interest in the treatment of chronic diseases (diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol), women’s health, and pediatric care. In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children. and their two dogs.

Mark Murphy

Mark J. Murphy, PA-C

Mark is a graduate of the Quinnipiac University Physician Assistant Program. He started his career in Urgent Care, but eventually discovered a desire to spend more time with his patients than he could within that specialty. Rock Medical has provided a primary-care environment that embodies relationship-driven care with a strong focus on preventative medicine he had been looking for. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family in Lititz, running, and homebrewing with his brother.

Namaoly Yang

Namaoly (Maly) Yang, CMA

Maly has worked as a certified medical assistant in family medicine for many years. She finds family medicine rewarding and enjoys building relationship with her patients and their families, as well as sharing in their growth through each stage of their life. In her free time Maly enjoys singing, cooking, spending time with family, and her new puppy Kymora.

Donna Stoner

Donna Stoner, LPN

Donna is a licensed practical nurse (LPN) and has practiced within Family Medicine for the last 6 years. She enjoys taking care of patients of all ages and finds her work very fulfilling. As an LNP, Donna is able to help people on a daily basis, addressing a medical concern or through the simple gesture of listening to a patient. When not working, Donna enjoys the beach and spending time with her family and dog.

Christopher Hager

Christopher Hager, MD

Supervising Physician

A graduate of Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and the Lancaster General Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program, Dr. Hager is an experienced family medicine physician. His areas of special expertise include prevention/wellness, sports medicine and management of chronic diseases (diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol). In his spare time, Dr. Hager enjoys cycling, tennis and spending time with his family, especially on the ski slopes or at the bay.

Annual 60-minute wellness consultation includes a physical exam, a review of medical history and lab results, and wellness goal setting.

Extended sick visits

Unlimited 30-minute visits when ill, virtually or in the office, beginning promptly; generally the same or next day.

After-hours access to a health care professional

Connect with us via office, home, or virtual visits.

Advanced integrated technology

Access to electronic health records, MyLGHealth online patient portal, direct-scheduling to select outpatient services, wellness monitoring and communication app.

Medical treatment and expert advice

Treatment of chronic and acute conditions, pediatric care, and guidance to keep you well. Quick referrals to specialists.

Basic Lab Testing

Cholesterol, glucose, urine, glycohemoglobin A1C (diabetes), strep, electrocardiograms, and lab draws

Office procedures

Suturing, joint injections, skins biopsies.

Commonly prescribed medications and annual flu shots

On-site common medications for acute injuries and illnesses.

Education and counseling

Health risk assessments and biometric screenings, weight-loss and hypertension education, tobacco cessation program, diabetes counseling.
